Job Descriptions

1. Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines. 2. Plan and manage all company Safety policies and procedures to consist with Company policy. 3. Prepare, and recommend plans, and projects to the Safety Committee and Environment Committee including various campaign activities Safety. 4. Co-operate with the government officer about the paperwork. 5. Operate the Emergency Response plan according to Thai labor law. 6. Identifying the cause and analysis of hazards illness and community complaints. 7. Supervise and conduct the internal audit of the ISO45001 systems. 8. Conduct Risk assessment and summarize company risk for report to top management. 9. Verify the occupational health and safety operations at work to ensure compliance with the law. 10. Solve the problem and work as a team to achieve the goal. 11. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety. 12. Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law. 13. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. 14. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims. 15. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and Safety/Industrial Safety or related and experience in HSE and Environmental.
Age: More than 35 years old (Male or Female)
Good command of English both speaking and written.
Experience of job: At least 5 years of experience responsible for Safety & Environment in the Japanese factory
Good leadership skills, able to manage, lead, motivate, and cooperate with a team of exceptionally talented individuals
Able to plan and manage all company Safety and Environmental.
Strong in-depth knowledge of ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
Knowledge and fully understand laws and regulations concerning Health, Safety, and Environment.
Have problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
Conduct Risk assessment and environmental effects
Verify the occupational health and safety operations at work to ensure compliance with the law
Solve the problem and work as a team to achieve the goal.
