Job DescriptionsThe Civil Engineer Project Manager will lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure the effective execution of house construction projects.
· Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
· Vendor Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery.
· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targets.
· Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that construction meets required standards and regulations.
· Permits & Regulations: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
