Job Descriptions

Work closely with the Head of HR, Management, all line managers. Act as a single point of contact for all employees and relevant stakeholders with taking a comprehensive end-to-end processes and overall responsibility in the following areas, 1. Payroll Process. 2. Compensation & Benefit System (HRIS and Process) 3. Employee Service. 4. General Affairs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's /Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields
10-15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years of direct / hands-on experience in each areas of responsibility.
At least 3 years of working experience in Management Level.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and management skill.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with people of all levels.
Has the mindset of a Change Agent and Compliance.
