1. Knowledge in Food Science and Food Processing Technology - A strong understanding of the Retort food processing method, which involves using heat and pressure to sterilize food packed in containers to extend shelf life. - Familiarity with the principles of sterilization and related food processing technologies, as well as the application of these technologies in food production. 2. Research and Development Skills - Ability to research and develop new food formulas suitable for the Retort process, considering taste, nutritional value, and food safety. - Capable of improving existing food formulas to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. 3. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - Able to analyze problems that arise in the production process and quickly and effectively find solutions. - Utilize tools and techniques for analysis, such as chemical analysis and food quality testing, to obtain reliable data for improving production processes. 4. Project Management Skills - Competence in managing R&D projects efficiently, from planning and execution to testing and evaluating products. - Ability to manage time and resources to maximize efficiency. 5. Knowledge of Food Laws and Standards - Understanding of laws and standards related to Retort foods both domestically and internationally, such as GMP, HACCP, FDA, etc. - Awareness of proper legal and standard practices in the production and distribution of food products. 6. Teamwork Abilities - Capable of working closely with production teams, quality control, and marketing to develop high-quality products that meet market demands. - Strong communication skills to explain concepts and research results to colleagues across different departments.

Work Location
Able to work in Amphoe Muang, Songkhla and work on every other Saturday.
