Job Descriptions
1 Provide advices and recommendation to business units concerning to Bank of Thailand (BOT) requirements. 2. Coordinating with regulators concerning to regulatory compliance matters i.e. Bank of Thailand 3. Provide information and documents for permission from the Bank of Thailand. According to the rules governing the financial group and other criteria relevant. 4. AML transaction monitoring, reporting and other requirements 5. Conduct KYC/CDD review 6. Provide advisory and education to business units and other related functional groups for AML/CFT and KYC/CDD 7. Prepare or arrange for the preparation of CASH & suspicious transaction reports to AMLO 8. Provides reports to Bank of Thailand on a regular basis 9. Coordinating with regulators concerning to regulatory compliance matters i.e. Bank of Thailand, AMLO 10. Research & Development concerning to regulatory compliance matters 11. Perform the tasks as required and assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  1. having excellent written and verbal communication skills are indeed very much essential.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
  5. Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
