Job Description Details : We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Senior Accounting with significant experience in finance and accounting management at a senior level to lead the operations and day-to-day running of the accounting functions within the Company’s Group. The Senior Accounting will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely under the guidance of senior advisors as assigned under the Group. The Senior Accounting is expected to play a critical role in adding value to operations as well as strategic initiatives, proactively seeking and recommending improvements across the Company’s various activities. Roles and Responsibilities : Preparing Statutory financial and accounting reports, Corporate income tax and submissions to relevant government entities Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities 1. Farm and factory revenue control, including cash, credit cards and acquiring enrollment to our bank accounts. 2. Salary calculation for local staff and providing data for bookkeeping. 3. Cost control in regard to purchasing of factory supplies . Stock control (estimate stock limits in order not to allow overstock. 4. Preparation of operation reports for farm factory. 5. Invoice payment control: for suppliers, landlords, utilities, other contractors. 6. Communication with all contractors for documents exchange and preparation of all data for bookkeeping. 7. Budget and payment schedule preparation.
