Job Descriptions

-Execute farming practices compliance to PepsiCo model, technique of planting, and crop maintenance to obtain good quality & yield to consistently sustainable grower. -Select potato growers to meet planting targets including documented contract signing and ensure grower practices comply with Agricultural Best Practices and PepsiCo model to lowest cost of potato production with maximum potato quality. -Operate recording, consolidating, and analyzing all KPIs data related to seed production and perform regular quality control checks. -Provide technical expertise related to all aspects of seed potato production to team, brokers, and growers to ensure individual's continuing development. -Ensure all operations are in line with Global Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems (GEHSMS), Sustainable Farming Program (SFP), Food Safety, GCS (Global Control Standard) and comply with Agro Work processes including related company policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science / Plant Pathology / Agronomy / Horticulture or related fields.
Minimum 3 years experience in agricultural extension management (Contract Farming or other crop extension skills.
Possess good statistical and analytical skills with computer (MS Office) and English literacy
Capable of delivering performance within a tight timeline, with less supervision, and volatility
Able to work upcountry and have a car & motorcycle driving license.
