Job Descriptions

-Achieve targeted potato yield per planting cycle, with a focus on high-quality produce. -Minimize loss due to pests, diseases. -Optimize resource use (water, fertilizer, energy) to reduce costs and improve sustainability. -Maintain greenhouse systems with minimal downtime. -Support the transfer of knowledge and communication with others at all levels to understand and can be implemented properly -Ensure that all executions have to do with safe and compliance to Agro Work process, GCS and company policy. -Support EHS system and ISO system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or Biotechnology.
Minimum 1 year experiences in Greenhouse management and agricultural research.
Possess good statistical and analytical skills with computer (MS Office)
Capable of delivering performance within a tight timeline, with less supervision, and volatility
Able to communication in English (writing, reading and speaking).
Able to work in Chai Prakan farm and have a car & motorcycle driving license.
