Job Descriptions
- Document translation （Thai-Chinese）
- Screen documents before sign
- Update VP's daily calendar and arrange schedule for meeting
- Business trip reservation (Ticket, Hotel, Budget, messenger, roaming).
- Visitor management (hotel, messenger, food/drink, etc.)
- Meeting room management
- Payment arrangement
- Manage and control dept. budget
- Responsible for VP personal issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree BBA
- Be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Management , Development , Service Miind , Friendly
- Responsibilities , Active, Confidence. Ability to Motivate, Decision Making
- Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Communicate in Chinese at the HSK5 level.
