Job Descriptions
Support and drive the organization to ensure effective human resource management. 1.Human Resource Management - Manage the company's annual workforce plan. - Manage compliance with laws such as work regulations Including all laws of the human resources department. 2. Recruitment and selection - Controlling personnel recruitment All personnel recruitment systems and procedures from the beginning to the end of the process. - Keep the company's organizational chart up to date. Ensure that the optimal employee allocation is accessible to the organization. - Create and update job descriptions to ensure they are appropriate in the organizational chart. - Review and adjust staffing planning in response to organizational updates. - Follow up on recruitment plans and monitor the recruitment process in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Learning and development. - Conduct a survey of each department's learning and development to build the annual master plan. - Keep the complete training database system up to date. - Prepare reports and submit them on time to the Department of Skill Development as required by law. - Follow the E-learning system from overseas about mandatory programs. Learning to acquire skills for employees. - Control on-the-job training (OJT) system for staff to evaluate required knowledge. To ensure that personnel can do their tasks efficiently. - Develop innovative training and development programs for both internal and external requesters. and introduce innovative technology for organizational development. - Create and implement training formats for new staff. and promote improving skills and knowledge capacities in all departments. 4. Corporate communications - Take care of all communication channels for employees. Internal and external communications such as work regulations, benefits, announcements, orders within the organization, various activities. 5. Other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor & master’s degree about HRM / HRD / HROD etc.
  2. At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in Supervisor level.
  3. Demonstrate a proven track record in governance Comprehensive "training program plan" and the ability to act as a host/MC. in various training.
  4. Good command of English (Able to communicate fluently in English)
  5. Have strong Microsoft office skill (Word, Excel, Power point) and Other.
  6. Strong leadership, and work under pressure, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
