Job Descriptions
- Manage and supervise the production engineering work of the plant. - Controlling the company's investment budget according to the plan and within the set budget Manage various Project tasks Kaizen line, VA/VE. - Manage production costs increase profits for the company Reduce waste in the process and increase production efficiency according to plan Business plan set by the company. - Supervise and plan the New Model according to the plan specified by the customer.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
  2. PrProven work experience minimum 3-5 years as of Production or Production Engineer Management.
  3. Experience with Production management in Automotive Manufacturing.
  4. Strong knowledge of Spec new machine, New layout, Pokayoke and Infra structure
  5. Strong knowledge of investment budgeting project.
  6. Experience with Production Assembly management in Automotive Manufacturing.
  7. Able to speak Japanese language.
  8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  9. Strong in innovating the team and people management.
  10. Fluent English language in speaking, listening, reading, writing.
