Job Description
1. Staff Management and Training
Shift Management: The manager is responsible for creating staff schedules and ensuring there are no staffing shortages.
Staff Training: The manager trains new staff on operations, customer service, and the use of karaoke equipment
Motivating Staff: Ensures that the staff is motivated and working effectively by fostering a positive work environment.
Ongoing Development: Provides ongoing training to improve skills such as customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Store Operations
Store Maintenance: The manager oversees cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure it is welcoming and in good condition.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensures that karaoke machines, sound systems, and other equipment are regularly checked and maintained.
Inventory Management: Manages the inventory of drinks, snacks, and other supplies, ensuring they are restocked when necessary.
3. Customer Service
Handling Complaints: Resolves customer complaints and issues swiftly to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
Customer Interaction: The manager also engages with customers to ensure they have a great karaoke experience and receives feedback.
4. Sales and Financial Management
Sales Tracking and Reporting: Keeps track of daily sales and reports them to higher management or headquarters.
Promotions: Plans and executes promotional campaigns, special deals, or events to boost sales and attract more customers.
Pricing: Reviews and adjusts pricing for services, drinks, and food items to maximize profitability.
5. Marketing and Public Relations
Advertising: Promotes the karaoke store through social media, flyers, online ads, and other marketing channels to attract customers.
Event Planning: Organizes events like karaoke contests or theme nights to increase customer engagement and foot traffic.
