Job Descriptions1. Support training manager in matters regarding training and development
2. Manages the performance of trainers across sites (vertical)
3. Provide mentorship and coaching to all trainers
4. Support trainers on daily-weekly training tasks
5. Evaluate and sign-off training tasks (plans, assessment, etc)
6. Improve trainers skills through observations and continued assessment
7. Assist in preparing training slides for business review and ensure completion of all
class-based training plan
8. Create refresher-plans and new-hire training plans (coordinate with Ops / Recruit for new class requirement)
9. Ensures 100% completion of update dissemination including 7-day cascades
10. Analyze project training performance with process implementation
**English communication skill (B2 Results) + good verbal communication**
Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Related field.
- 1 years experience in training role with knowledge on different training methods / theories.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills working with different nationalities. (a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and facilitation skills
- Good organizing and coordinating skills to determine training objectives.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, and methodology.
- **English communication skill (B2 Results) + good verbal communication**
