Job Descriptions

Job Purpose: • Prioritize work assignments to complete assignments/tasks on time. • Demonstrate flexibility in approach and ideas, responds positively and supports changes in procedures, process, technology, responsibility and assignments. • Able to analyze and solve problem professionally. Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee internal testing laboratory to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and/or international standards. • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of in. • Oversee quality assurance and quality control process. • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products. • Execute quality improvement testing and activities • Develop quality assurance standards and processes. • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing • Ability to analyze the impact of changes to production specifications whether they are electrical, optical, or mechanical. • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  2. At least 3 years experience in related field
  3. Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory is required
  4. Knowledge in guns, projectiles and related experience are advantage
  5. Relies on extensive experience and judgment
  6. Knowledge of management and problem solving skills
  7. Computer Literacy (Email, MS. Office, AutoCAD)
  8. Must have good command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
  9. Driving license
