Job Descriptions
- ผลิตเนื้อหาทั้งบทความ กราฟิก วิดีโอ และอินโฟกราฟิกที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้พนักงาน - ดูแลแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ (Line OA, Facebook, เว็บไซต์) และออฟไลน์ (บอร์ด, เสียงตามสาย) เพื่อเผยแพร่ข่าวสารและกิจกรรม - เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างผู้บริหารและพนักงาน รับฟังความคิดเห็น และจัดการข้อเสนอแนะ - สื่อสารเรื่องระเบียบ กฎหมายแรงงาน และสวัสดิการในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่าย - ดำเนินการกิจกรรมสันทนาการ กีฬาสี งานเลี้ยง และกิจกรรม CSR เพื่อเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร - สำรวจความพึงพอใจพนักงาน วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ และนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา - จัดเวที Town Hall และกิจกรรมระดมความคิดเห็นจากพนักงาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี Communication Arts, Public Relations, Marketing หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์การทำงาน โรงงาน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Graphic Design, App, MS Office and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  5. Good Interpersonal and Effective communication skills.
  6. Good communicate in English both speaking and writing
