3. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
4. Client Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
5. Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and competitor activity.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
7. Collaborate between departments: As leader you must work closely with operations, technicians and accountants.
Qualifications
- 5 Years Sales Manager Experience
- English Speaking
