Job Descriptions
Job Description: Director of Chains at Vibes Lab 1. Client Relationship Management: Primary contact for key clients, driving initiatives to boost satisfaction and strengthen relationships. 2. Sales Oversight: Manage domestic and international sales territories, track team and distributor performance, and explore expansion opportunities. 3. Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations & renewals, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. 4. Operational Supervision: Oversee scent marketing implementations, daily operations, and set up technician networks across Thailand and distributor networks around Asia. 5. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the sales team, aiming for high performance and professional growth. 6. Reporting: Monthly reports to shareholders on business performance and insights.
Qualifications
  1. 5 Years Sales Manager Experience
  2. Must Speak Fluent English Otherwise you don't qualify for this earning level.
  3. Leadership Skills
  4. Industry knowledge in Hotels
  5. Negotiation skills
  6. Analytical skills
  7. Enjoys speaking and making relationship with customers
