Job Descriptions

•Drives the growth of the e-commerce business by achieving sales targets and key KPI through the development and execution of e-commerce strategy, including enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, technology and infrastructural plans. •Oversee and manage all aspects of content, product assortment, sales strategies, distribution, and customer service within the realm of e-commerce. •Analyse key business metrics including the classification of key products, sales channels and shopping behaviors. Develop search, content, CRM, e-mail marketing. •Manage the company's online presence across various channels in Thailand, including its brand website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc. •Set up and optimize online advertising campaigns in all paid marketing channels. Measure the performance of campaigns and analyse correlations of all metrics in each marketing funnel. Update digital marketing trends and potential new channels. •Establish strong relationship with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok shop, Line MyShop etc), Develop and execute joint business plan with platforms; negotiating on visibility and support to drive performance. •Implement strategies aimed at increasing sales by optimizing unique visitor traffic, conversion rates, per-customer transaction values, and customer retention rates. •Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement in the company's sales strategy. •Execute e-commerce operational tasks, with a particular focus on inventory and delivery management. •Identify and foster new opportunities in the e-commerce, digital, and omni-channel commerce landscapes in Thailand. •Ensure the functionality and quality of e-commerce functions as assigned. •Undertake any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as required and directed.

Qualifications

Thai nationality; 27-32 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Background in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok as well as experience with managing company webshops in Thailand
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
