- As the second-tier of customer problem solving support by coordinating with internal and external parties to close the trouble tickets within SLA - Support merchants, agents, e-wallet partners to integrate with mPAY systems since the introduction of how to connect the system, support the testing process, controlling the quality and accuracy of the merchant before and after it has been go-lived. - Support tasks related to know-your-merchant (KYM) and know-your-customer (KYC).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information technology, Computer Engineering or related
1-2 years in software development especially internet programming, Database programming (SQL)
Internet Technology, SQL, Database Design, Programming Language, Project Management, Data Security
E-commerce, Internet Technology, Intermediate Microsoft Excel
Good relationship skills & service mind
Able to work under pressure and rigid deadline
