JOB BRIEF
•We are looking for a competent Recruiter/ Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manages and handling recruitment activities of all candidate side and also occasionally support/ coordinate with client.
•Understanding client requirements, get brief job detail from BDM/ BDD and/or directly contact client by oneself.
•Create job scope and detail after get job brief and specific requirement which may not contain in original job description from client and advertise in various channel.
•Employing recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising, client information especially benefit and career growth)
•Source candidates using various channels to suit with client requirement.
•Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening.
•Evaluate resumes and applications by reviewing and interview before present to BDM (or directly to client).
•Match the most suitable candidates to various/ different positions regarding client’s requirement.
•Create, maintain and keep good relationships with job seekers and provide advice.
•Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer.
•Keep tracking record candidates’s all related and required document.
•Deliver candidate regarding target and KPI to complete individual performance weekly, monthly and yearly
•Keep in touch with
