Job Descriptions
1. Support User ด้านระบบ LAN และ Internet 2. Support User ทางด้าน Email และ Mobile 3. Support User ทางด้าน Hardware, Software และ Web Application ในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ต่างๆ ของบริษัท 4. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานด้าน IT และ Supplier ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายนอก 5. Back Up & Restore ในทุกระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สำคัญของบริษัท 6. จัดทำแผน และดำเนินการทำ Preventive Maintenance อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กร 7. จัดอบรมความรู้ การใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์แก่ พนักงาน (In House Training)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. การศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการดูแลระบบ LAN/WAN, Internet, Windows Client / Server, PC hardware & software, Anti Virus, Office applications
  4. มีใจรักการบริการ (Service Mind) มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สุภาพ และรู้จักวิธีการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  7. สามารถเดินทางไปปฎิบัติงานที่บริษัทอื่นๆ ในเครือภายนอกบริษัทได้ / สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ในบางครั้งได้
