Valentis is an Australian drilling services group operating in Southeast Asia. Established in 2014, Valentis provides turn-key exploration and drilling services at an international standard. Valentis is looking for a Storeman to be responsible for managing the warehouse, inventory, and required supply chain activities. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. Key Benefits • Working with an international team, with diverse project experience. • Be part of a growing and dynamic company. • Competitive salary. • 4 /2 roster Procurement – • Assisting with local purchasing on site including drafting and issuing RFQs and POs to the vendors by the system, ensuring meeting in providing the right goods to the user’s needs. Logistics – • Monitoring and coordinating deliveries with logistics forwarders and site relevant personnel and arranging unloading of shipments as required. Warehouse & Inventory – • Accurate receiving of stocks from both local and overseas delivery by conducting a physical inspection on quantity, matching of quantity and product specifications, labeling receiving goods, and updating the inventory system timely. • Timely submission of goods receipt documents to the finance department by getting payment approval from the authorized persons • Monitoring stock inventory min/max and providing timely feedback to the department/site managers on stock requirements, and proceed necessary action in stock replenishing • Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory records and inventory system management • Responsible for conducting monthly stock and ensuring monthly stock take variances and investigating • Submission of the purchasing and inventory report weekly.

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years and above of relevant experience in a similar work field
proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Mandatory English speaking and writing intermediate-level
Have experience in using logistics & inventory systems
