Job Descriptions
1. จัดหา-จัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าอยู่ในเวลา และตรงตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและราคาที่บริษัทดำกนด 2. ศึกษาและค้นหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่ให้ราคาดีและของมีคุณภาพ เจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขายเพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่ดีที่สุด รวมถึงส่วนลดและเวลาจัดส่ง 3. รับและประเมินคำสั่งซื้อ รักษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อ เช่น สัญญาและข้อตกลง 4. จัดเตรียมและติดตามใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อทั้งหมด 5. จัดการสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน 6. ดูแลกระบวนการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ทันเวลาที่กำหนด 7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในองค์กรติดตามและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงอายุ25-30 ปี
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อ
  3. มีความสามารถในการต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน และวันที่ส่งมอบ ควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นที่ดีเยี่ยม
  6. ความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  7. มีเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Google sheets) และระบบ ERP
  8. มีความเข้าใจในวัตถุดิบในการผลิตเสื้อผ้า ชนิดของผ้า และสินค้าแฟชั่น
  9. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ได้ (ถ้าสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้ด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
