การวางแผนและติดตามรถบรรทุก/คนขับตามจำนวนที่เลือก • อัปเดตระบบการจัดการการขนส่งอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยข้อมูลล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับสินค้า ระยะเวลาในการขับขี่ วัสดุผูก ฯลฯ ... • แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลที่จำเป็นกับผู้มอบหมายงาน ผู้จัดการกลุ่มยานพาหนะ ผู้ส่งต่อ ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และพนักงานคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การขนส่งเสร็จสมบูรณ์อย่างถูกต้อง • การสื่อสารเชิงรุกต่อผู้ส่งสินค้าเกี่ยวกับการเบี่ยงเบนไปจากข้อกำหนดการขนส่งเดิม • สั่งให้รักษาสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับท้องถิ่นอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ติดตามการขนส่งตามความต้องการและกำหนดเวลาของลูกค้า โดยเคารพกฎหมายและข้อบังคับท้องถิ่นอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเสมอ • ลงทะเบียนความล้มเหลวหรือความเสียหาย และรายงานสิ่งเหล่านี้ต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายคุณภาพ
Planning and follow-up of a selected number of trucks/drivers. • Constant updating of the transport management system with the latest information regarding cargo, driving time, lashing material, etc.. • Exchange necessary information with dispatchers, fleet managers, forwarders, subcontractors, and warehouse staff, in order to accomplish the transports correctly. • Pro-active communication towards forwarders with regard to deviations from the original transport requirements. • instructs to secure the goods correctly according to the laws and other relevant local regulations. • Follow-up transports according to customer requirements and deadlines, always respecting the laws and other relevant local regulations. • registers failing or damages and reports these to the Quality Manager
Qualifications
- Good communication skills./ มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้บ่อยอื่นๆ
