Job Descriptions
มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบงานด้านบำรุงรักษา / ความสะอาด / ความปลอดภัย ของสาขาต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้
1.รับเรื่องแจ้ง / ร้องเรียน เกี่ยวกับ การแจ้งซ่อม / บำรุงรักษา / ความสะอาด หรือ ความปลอดภัย จากสาขาต่าง ๆ
2.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก และวางแผนการทำงานให้ทีมต่อไปนี้
ความปลอดภัย - บริษัท รปภ.
ความสะอาด - บริษัทดูแลความสะอาด และทีมแม่บ้านในองค์กร
งานซ่อมบำรุง - ทีมช่างภายในองค์กร
3.จัดทำเอกสารรายงาน จัดเตรียมข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงาน
4.จัดทำฐานข้อมูลสต๊อก และรายงานการเบิกจ่าย สินค้าสิ้นเปลือง อาทิเช่น อุปกรณ์อะไหล่ช่าง น้ำยาทำความสะอาด เป็นต้น
5.จัดซื้อสินค้าสิ้นเปลือง หรืออุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องผ่านระบบภายในองค์กร
6.ตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เข้าใจงานซ่อมบำรุง
- มีความเป็นระเบียบ รักความสะอาด
- ชอบวางแผนงาน
- สามารถตรวจสอบงานได้
- รู้จักอุปกรณ์หรืออะไหล่ช่าง
- สามารถควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายได้
