Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบรายการสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับการอนุมัติแล้ว(PR) และประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆเพื่อจัดหาสินค้าและ วัตถุดิบให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ขอซื้อ 2.จัดหาร้านค้า/ขอใบเสนอราคา และเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขาย เพื่อแปรียบเทียบราคาและคุณภาพสินค้า 3.จัดทำใบขอซื้อ (PO) เมื่อเลือกร้านค้าได้แล้ว เพื่อดำเนินการขออนุมัติและสั่งซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการนั้นๆ 4.ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้า/บริการ/วัตถุดิบ 5.จัดซื้อของชำร่วยให้แก่ Sale เพื่อนำไป Visit Agent ต่าง ๆ 6.งานจัดซื้อต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อสายธุรกิจโรงแรมหรือร้านอาหารมาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การคัดเลือกSuplier
  5. สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบขับขี่ส่วนบุคคล
  6. ปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ได้
