Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1). Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for the recruitment services division. - Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients to effectively allocate resources and maximize sales opportunities. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market changes to make informed sales decisions. 2). Business Development: - Prospect, identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and stakeholders within target companies to position our recruitment services as the preferred choice. 3). Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue generation, to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics. - Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. 4). Client Relationship Management: - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. - Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and foster repeat busines 5). Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with the recruitment operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery, meeting client expectations and delivering on promises made during the sales process. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support lead generation and sales efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Proven 2-5+ Years of experience in recruitment sales or business development, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
