Job Descriptions
Scope of Work: - Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns. - Supervise a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support in executing projects. - Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure alignment of messaging and branding. - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Handle crisis communication and manage reputation risks effectively. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a communication role, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
