• Challenge career path to be Distributor Manager to manage sales team and distributor. • Learning in FMCG business in general trade channel for sales system, sales management, stock management, route management, customers relationship and data analysis. Job scope (Acting Supervisor/Chief Distributor) • Responsible for acting to be leader to manage all jobs routine in distributors. • Meeting with sales team to follow up sales volume and motivate team to achieve commission and target. • Coaching sales to increase sales volume for weakness route or sales. • Customers relationship and survey market to find new opportunities to increase sales volume and analyze competitors. • Solve problem in distributor such as FIFO, Human management, Sales skills and etc. Working day : Mon - Sat 7.00 - 16.00

Qualifications

Welcome new graduate
At least 0-1 years of experience
Bachelor degree in Human Society, Communication, Marketing, Business administrator or related field.
Good command in English (TOEIC 550+)
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Analysis & problem solving skills
Interested to work in FMCG.
Learning Agility, Self Leaning, Leadership
Can go up-country to manage distributor.
