Job Descriptions* Performs assessment and evaluate personnel’s mental & emotional concerns and provide various psychological interventions (eg. CBT / ACT) to identify unique challenges and treatment.
* Provides counseling and therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans to help them gain insights, develop coping skills and improve mental health.
* Provides crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consultation with external EAP providers when necessary to ensure personnel’s safety.
* Promote workplace wellbeing and connect personnels with available community resources, support groups or additional services.
* Conduct workshop training, surveys and health-risk assessments regularly to raise awareness on mental-health well being.
* Prepare and maintain reports necessary to carry out functions of operations
* Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team
* Conducts assessments of an organization's current health status to identify any potential risks to employees
