Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบดูแลระบบ IT server และระบบ IT ต่างๆ ในองค์กร ให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานสารสนเทศ - ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาในการใช้งาน software และhardware ให้กับบุคคลกรในองค์กร - กำหนดแผนการจัดการ software patch / Bug Fix, จัดทำรายงาน change management และ service operation report - และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้าน Client / Server / Network ในระดับปฏิบัติการ
  3. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา พัฒนา นำเสนอและดำเนินงานโครงการด้าน IT สารสนเทศได้ ทั้งการดำเนินงานด้วยตนเอง หรือร่วมกับบุคคลอื่น
  4. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทัศนคติด้านบวก
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  6. ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (อังคาร-เสาร์)
