✅ Job Summary: We’re seeking a sharp, system-aware and technically skilled BI / Data Analyst who not only understands how to extract value from data — but also how to do it efficiently without impacting server performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across department, cross-functional collaboration, automation, and support operation and management team to work and make better, faster, and data-driven decisions based on real-time data. 🛠 Technical Responsibilities (Performance-Aware): - Write Optimized SQL queries that avoid heavy server resource consumption, less impact on server performance. - Create efficient reports using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA) or Python — without directly overloading live databases. - Apply smart logic (e.g., Pre-Processed Datasets, Staging Layers) to ensure reporting speed and server stability. - Automate routine data tasks while ensuring system health and report accuracy that support real-time business needs. - Avoid direct querying of live production databases when unnecessary or building reporting processes that reserve RAM or cause SQL memory leak issues - Design reporting solutions that are sustainable, stable, and do not consume excessive server memory - Collaborate with IT or system admin to ensure data access methods align with infrastructure capacity. - Coordinate with IT or ERP admins to align on data sourcing strategies that are safe and scalable. ⚡Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and interpret data from various data sources (ERP, production, sales, HR, etc.) - Design dynamic, fast, and stable reports and Dashboard (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio) for daily/weekly/monthly. - Analyze business performance trends and provide insights to department heads - Collaborate with department users to understand their reporting needs - Validate data consistency across systems and support data governance - Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
1–3 years of experience as a BI / Data Analyst / Data Scientist, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
Strong proficiency in: SQL – writing optimized queries for reporting and analysis.
Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Excel – including Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA for automation
Strong proficiency in: Python – for data cleaning, transformation, and basic automation
Experience with BI tools such as: Power BI (preferred) / Tableau, Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, or Qlik Sense (optional but beneficial)
Familiarity with DAX (Power BI), M language (Power Query), or other data modeling languages is a plus
Solid understanding of data validation, system performance optimization, and responsible reporting practices (e.g., avoiding server-heavy queries)
Bonus: Exposure to basic machine learning or predictive modeling using tools like Pandas, Scikit-learn, or AutoML platforms
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, logical thinking, and ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Able to communicate effectively in Thai and English
