Job Descriptions
- Responsible for Injection process. - 4M Control - OEE Control and productivity improvement - Join consider for specification of new mold development. - Trial new mold or improvement project. - Report daily defect to Injection manager by directly. - To implement the quality objective. - To control employee for working under work instruction. - Create and improve working standard and training to employees. - Maintenance machine and equipment of Injection process. - Contact external provider for mold repair and machine fixing. - Do other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male, age of 28-38 years.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  3. Experience at least 5 years in plastic injection process.
  4. Able using hoist crane, set up mold and knowledge of injection parameter.
  5. Fair command of both spoken and written English.
  6. Computer literacy and MS Office.
  7. Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PFMEA, QC 7 Tools, ISO14001, ISO45001
  8. Can working under pressure.
  9. Good command of both spoken and written English.
  10. Knowledge management, analytical skill, problem solving and leadership.
  11. Experience from Automotive’s parts factory will be advantage.
