Job Description
To manage employment and compliance with regulatory concerns
To manage HRD & HRM functions
Planning annual training master plan and providing internal development
Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employee morale and enhance the engagement of employees.
Develop Salary Structure and Analysis
Manage all operations of Human resources.
Assist in development, implementation, and review of recruitment initiative process.
To develop and revise all related HR policies and regulations.
Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of policies and procedures.
Other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age 25-32 years old
- Thai Nationality.
- *Good command in English and Japanese are required* (Business level)
- Good communication skill and business manner are preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office is a must
- Be patient and able to act positively
- Well appearance is preferred
- Prefer Sales experience in Thailand
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
