Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Analyze Daily Production Results: Track daily production metrics and ensure alignment with production plans to meet operational goals. Oversee Production Process: Ensure the production process runs efficiently, meeting established quality standards and customer requirements. Quality Leadership: Lead the production team in efforts to elevate product quality, reduce defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure a seamless and efficient production flow, addressing any potential bottlenecks or challenges. Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support overall production operations.
Qualifications
  1. Male, aged 30 years or older
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or related fields)
  3. At least 5 years of experience in production management
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills with relevant departments
  5. Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  6. Ability to analyze production data and manage processes efficiently
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  8. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively
  9. Work Experiences with TOYOTA business ,The process with NC Late. Pressing, Arc Welding ,Assembly, etc.
  10. Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  11. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
