Job Descriptions
- Answer questions, solve problems, provide advice on software, hardware and network systems to users within the organization.
Install and maintain IT equipment such as computers, servers, printers, etc.
Support IT-related projects such as RPA, SAP, E-Tax, etc.
- Support auditing and make corrections and improvements to meet requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as ordering equipment, renewing licenses, etc.
- Prepare and control related documents.
- Support Kaizen activity and performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, Age 24 - 30 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- 1 year or more experience in related work.
- Knowledge and skills in hardware and software.
- Have an understanding of Active Directory, File Sharing system, Backup system(Veritas Backup or Veeam Backup), VMWare (ESXi, vCenter)
- Able to communicate in English.
