Job Descriptions-Proven experience in Application Support (IT inventory) or a similar role.
-Analyze incidents to identify root causes, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLA).
-Proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents, errors, and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve overall system reliability.
-Conduct rigorous testing and validation of bug fixes to ensure successful deployment in production environments
-Work closely with the development team to drive issues to full resolution
Progress report weekly, monthly
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Understanding of programming languages.
- Ability to quickly gain new system skills and to work with new technologies.
- Strong, demonstrated analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Must have basic knowledge of SQL and possess good logic, Service API
- Basic knowledge of application programming to help automate various internal tasks
