Job Descriptions
-Managing,planning,controlling and monitoring Section to achieve objectives,including providing consultation and basic problem-solving for employees - Monitor the process&production performance daily, and always seek for improvements, following the Kaizen approach. - Improve the inspection,washing, and assembly processes. - Control Output and defect in section according to company target. - Skill in problem solving.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Age 35 years old up
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Related fields.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in Secondary Process / Plastic Injection Industrial.
  5. IATF16949:2016 basic knowledge is advantage.
  6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  7. Good Communication and Cooperation with other section.
  8. Good command of English both written and spoken.
