Job Descriptions
- สนับสนุนและแก้ไขการใช้งานของ Users
- ดูแลติดตั้ง Computer, Hardware และ Software
- ดูแลติดตั้ง อุปกรณ์ IP-Phone, CCTV, Printer และ UPS
- ดูแลอัพเดทข้อมูลทรัพย์สินและ Stock ของ IT
- แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบ Network (Lan, Wifi, Vlan) เบื้องต้น
- แก้ไขปัญหาของ Microsoft 365 และ ERP Navision เบื้องต้น
- ติดต่อประสานงาน Vendor หาข้อมูลสินค้าและบริการด้าน IT
- จัดทำเอกสารค่าใช้จ่าย IT ประจำเดือน และเปิด PR เข้าระบบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงาน IT Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้งาน Operating System Window Server ได้
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
