Job Descriptions
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. - Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that meet their requirements. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Account Management: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met. - Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver on client expectations. Sales and Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them proactively. - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, pitch products or services, and close deals. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Communication and Reporting: - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, deliverables, and account status. - Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. - Prepare and issue monthly report of clients’ utilized service and process internally to submit invoices to clients. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  7. Excellent in communication with English both verbal and written.
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities, as needed.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
