Job Descriptions- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that meet their
requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities
for upselling or cross-selling.
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver on client expectations.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them
proactively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, pitch products or services, and close
deals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, deliverables, and
account status.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales metrics, revenue
forecasts, and client feedback.
- Prepare and issue monthly report of clients’ utilized service and process internally to
submit invoices to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective
communication at all times.
