Job Descriptions
• Prepare and arrange raw materials and consumable materials usage as PD request by Work Order. • Update stock on SAP system by transfer stock to PD warehouse • Receiving raw materials and consumable materials and checking detail and quantity by invoice or delivery note • Keeping and storage materials and expend to requestors. • Always checking accuracy of stock and report to warehouse controller. • Check and receive semi-FG from PD and update stock materials on SAP system. • Inventory checking end of months. • Look after and take clean area. • Maintain good safety/discipline/ housekeeping practice by following up the 5S (Cleaning program) • Drive team together for achieve goal of store. • Assist Warehouse controller in other related matters. • Monthly Report as required. • Keep standard of procedure/WI as ISO standard.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
  3. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  4. Ability to work with others collaboratively.
  5. Ability to use Hand Lift and operate Forklift Truck
  6. Good computer skill
  7. FIFO skill
