Job Descriptions
- Be a key part of the process design team on a current project with a valued client
- Carry out process design work and related activities as assigned
- Prepare the process deliverables Equipment Process Data Sheet etc.
- Supervise the work of others on the team as assigned in line with the project organization
- Work in partnership and assist other disciplines as required to meet project requirements
- Participate in design review meetings
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in electrical/electronics, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- **Strong experience in PCB manufacturing processes(3+ years), ideally in the Drilling,Routing, E-Testsection
- Demonstrated experience in process development and generating production improvements.
- Advanced knowledge in PCB manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of manufacturing costs and production tooling
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing supplier performance and yield improvement.
- Strong skills in managing supplier relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently.
