Job Descriptions360° Recruitment Cycle:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions.
Sourcing & Candidate Screening:
Identify talent through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
Interview Coordination & Assessment:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support in conducting assessments and gathering interview feedback.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
Prepare offer letters and manage communication with selected candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Employer Branding & Reporting:
Promote job openings across social media and recruitment platforms.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive mindset with a passion for people and talent acquisition.
