Job Descriptions1. Set up document food safety, quality, HALAL, environment system for according requirements FSSC22000, ISO9001, HALAL, ISO14001, and the requirements of customers.
2. HACCP and HALAL Monitoring, Evaluate and Analyze process and updating.
3.Conduct the internal and external audit (customer, CB).
4.Report to Top management about efficiency of quality system and food safety to ensure continuous system improvement including Management review.(MR)
5. Set up control documents (Food safety, Quality, Environment manual, and HALAL manual) and other documents related to quality system and food safety to ensure continuous effectiveness.
6. Coordinate with external parties (CB, Customer, DLD, Fishery) about food safety, Quality, Environment system, and HALAL system.
7. Communicate to workers about company policies and customer requirements relate FSSC22000, ISO9001, HALAL, ISO14001 through meetings and public relations.
8.Coordinate with concerned departments to manage Quality, Food safety, Environmental, and HALAL systems effectively.
9. Identify and offer solutions for potential issues that may affect food quality, safety, and HALAL
