Job Descriptions

Troubleshoot and maintain network system such as Switch, Router, Voice gateway, WLC, AP, Firewall, CCTV, door access control, and printer.

Perform network refreshment, installation, and migration.

Perform operational network status reports.

Perform project management for network, security, and other projects as assigned from global team.

Manage, configure and troubleshoot Cisco unified, Cisco Unity, Cisco jabber, VoIP phone, Voice Codecs, and Polycom.

Manage ITSM and IT infrastructure in office both HQ and branch.

Setup server and maintain operating system such as Windows Server, Managed AD, Print Server, and File Server.

Plan IT budget and spending planning, and reporting.

Investigate and coordinate with vendor and global team to perform cause analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Network Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Network Engineer or related fields.
Proven experience as an IT Network Engineer with Cisco technologies and network project management.
Knowledge of Cisco network solutions, including routers, and switches.
Good in English.
