Job Descriptions1. Study HR system functions to gain a clear understanding.
2. Study the existing operations of users and gather all required data or reports from users and management.
3. Analyze business needs, gather requirements, incorporate system constraints, and propose practical technical solutions.
4. Handle all pre- and post-development implementation flows, including communication with stakeholders, designing solutions, determining technical challenges, and supporting production deployment.
5. Coordinate closely with developers during system development.
6. Design and develop HR system specifications and flow diagrams (FDs).
7. Prepare related technical documents, ERDs, and function specifications.
8. Collaborate with users, designers, and developers to deliver features in a timely manner.
9. Support solution of issues by analyzing source system data models and determining the optimum approach to obtain data required for related business requirements.
10. Support the system integration testing process.
11. Support UAT.
