Job Descriptions

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to join our team in the PCB manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality and efficient production processes. The Equipment Engineer will play a key role in supporting production operations, implementing continuous improvements, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: 1.Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PCB production equipment to ensure minimal downtime. 2.Coordinate preventive maintenance and service schedules for equipment. 3.Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues affecting production efficiency and quality. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Control) to implement process improvements and new equipment installations. 5.Develop and update technical documentation, manuals, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). 6.Conduct equipment upgrades, repairs, and modifications to improve operational efficiency. 7.Analyze equipment performance and implement solutions to optimize production throughput and yield. 8.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during equipment operations. 9.Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment usage and maintenance. 10.Jig & Fixture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (1 years) in equipment engineering within the PCB industry or related manufacturing sectors.
Good communication skills(Prefer have basic chinese or English Skill)
Strong knowledge of PCB production equipment, machinery, and automated systems.
Have knowledge about Jig & Fixture
Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD software, PLCs, and other automation tools.
Good understanding of safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) and other PCB manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and process optimization techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
