Job Descriptions
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
4. Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate subcontractors for tracking and follow-up cases.
6. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
7. Track and monitor improvement in the call center and field engineer.
Qualifications
- Male or Female / aged 25 years and above.
- Previous experience in Operations field, Help desk, or Call center.
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Energetic and highly responsible.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
