2. Develop and execute innovative UGC content strategies to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
3. Identify and analyze trends and challenges on current social media platforms to determine optimal UGC content creation directions.
4. Plan and organize UGC activities and contests related to the brand to attract user participation and create compelling content.
5. Manage UGC content on social media platforms, including moderation, responding to comments, and maintaining user engagement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure UGC content aligns with brand reputation and values.
7. Analyze UGC content performance and provide improvement suggestions to optimize content strategies and achieve business goals.
8. Scheduling of projects from 0-1, supervising the completion of all stages stick with the timeline, Based on HQ’s requirement to complete all kinds of multimedia projects.
9. Supervise the progress of TVC commercial / Tiktok content / Photo sessions, and provide your expertise in communication to make the project fit the Infinix brand style or local culture
10. Develop high-quality multimedia vendors for the company, including but not limited to creative agencies (Able to handle high scale TVC / film productions), creative production teams(Short USP clips, event behind scene shoot & edit, photography / KV session), freelancers (Product stills, Sample photos, lifestyle product photography, etc.)
