Job Descriptions
1、Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on candidates' progress.
2、Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, including processing onboarding procedures, arranging training, and providing new employee handbooks.
3、Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
4、Manage daily attendance tasks for employees and verify data.
Qualifications
- Communicate fluently in Chinese
- Have more than 2 years of HR work experience
