Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำการเบิกจ่ายเงินสดย่อย, เงินทดรองจ่าย 2. จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเงินให้เจ้าหนี้การค้า/พนักงาน 3. เรียกรายงาน Statement กสิกร,SCB,กรุงศรี 4. บันทึกกระแสเงินสดรับ เงินสดจ่าย 5. คำนวณเงินเพื่อชำระหนี้ ของบริษัทในแต่ละวันและเดือนทั้งระบบ 7. สรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับรายการเคลื่อนไหว บัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร 9. Reconsind Bank kbank,scb,กรุงศรี ด้านจ่าย 11.account transfer ของบัญชีบริษัท 10. ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคารในเรื่องการเงินต่างๆ 11. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ 9.00 - 18.00 น. หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 25 - 28 ปี
  2. การศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี บริหารการเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความตรงต่อเวลา / ขยัน / ซื่อสัตย์ / พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้งานใหม่ๆ
  5. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี และแม่นยำ
  6. มีทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การทำงานเป็นทีม
  7. มีทัศนคติดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
  8. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
  9. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
