Job Descriptions

1. Handle various abnormalities and adverse situations that occur in daily production, including but not limited to quality problems, equipment failures, etc. during the production process, promptly propose temporary solutions, and formulate long-term improvement plans. For major issues, conduct written analysis and report to superiors in a timely manner. 2. Conduct timely analysis of online defects and finished product returns to identify root causes and propose improvement plans to ensure product quality meets standards. 3. Based on the actual production process, promptly modify and improve various operating documents and standards to ensure that the production operation procedures and standards meet the latest requirements and can effectively improve production efficiency and quality. 4. Responsible for training production employees, improving their operating skills and quality awareness, ensuring that they can operate according to specifications and strictly implement the quality management system.

Qualifications

Have a high school degree or above, Thais or Thai-Chinese, and they must be proficient in Chinese and Thai communication skills
Have a professional background in machinery and electronics to provide professional support for the job
Have at least 1 year of experience in process engineering work in the fields of semiconductors, components, ceramics, etc., be familiar with product development system procedures, such as PPAP, APQP, etc., and be able to effectively manage and promote the product development process
Be proficient in using the Office series office software, and have the ability to use 2D and 3D drawing tools, and be able to write and edit related documents and drawings
Have excellent execution skills, be able to proactively propose innovative thinking, have strong communication skills, expression skills and adaptability, and be able to effectively collaborate in a team and respond to various challenges and changes
